Just a short post today!  I’ve been reading vitamin deficiencies can cause some anxiety and depression and/or make it worse.  I’ve added B12 and Fish Oil to my morning routine and so far I’ve definitely noticed I”m more awake in the morning and not quite as jittery.  

I’ve read a little about 5HTP being a good mood stabilizer, but I’ve yet to try it.  I want to find out if it can be used along with Xanax if I still have panic?  I would love to know more about 5HTP if anyone has any additional info please post it. Thanks!
